Working from Zellig confers instant creative identity. The very nature of the building echoes an established dynamic working community of independent entrepreneurs. Rents start from £300 a month plus the service charge. Leases from 12 months to 12 years. The agreements are written in plain English and there are no legal costs. The practical economics of Zellig has been made possible by a major grant from Advantage West Midlands.
